The soap situation by the sink left a lot to be desired!!! One dispenser in the shower just isn't enough, especially when shower temperatures fluctuate annoyingly!!! A bit more attention to toiletries would have been welcome!!!

Super clean and comfy with nice WiFi. The location near the BTS made getting around a breeze. Check-in was a bit chaotic, but overall, great value!

the hotel's location is just a two-minute walk to the On Nut BTS station, making it super convenient to hop on public transport and explore the city, and there are also plenty of dining options around, including a nearby night market for late-night snacks.

the overall experience was just ok, not what I expected from such a popular hotel. showers flooded the bathroom and the air conditioning didn’t cool properly, which was shocking. i really thought i'd receive at least some complimentary drinks for my troubles. Oops, guess that’s too much to ask for!

i had a great stay at hop inn! the room and bathroom were spotless, and they restocked water daily, which was awesome. the location is super convenient and close to everything. The friendly staff made me feel welcome. Nong Sai at the front desk was great in getting me a room with an unblock view!
